Manufacturing of Agrochemical Products

HERANBA has fully integrated and modern manufacturing facilities, in the Industrial belt of “Vapi” & “Sarigam”, which is a prime Industrial Township in Gujarat, and with an upcoming site at Saykha.

HERANBA has developed its capability to deliver world-class agrochemical solutions, with an In-house R&D facility for product development and process intensification for a seamless customer experience.

HERANBA manufacturing units in Vapi & Sarigam is well equipped to manufacture a range of Technicals & its intermediates and formulations to cater to the requirements from Domestic and Export Market

This is HERANBA’S first manufacturing facility to manufacture various technical grade Synthetic Pyrethroids like Cypermethrin, Deltamethrin, Alphacypermethrin, and Permetherin, along with other products like Profenophos, Temephos, Tricyclazole, Thiamethoxam, Lambdacyhalothrin, Bromobenzene, Metaphenoxy Benzaldehyde (MPBD), Metaphenoxy Benzyl Alcohol (MPBAL).

This unit is also certified as ISO 14001:2015 recognizing the need for Environmental Management System.

This unit manufactures high-quality derivatives of Cypermethric Acid Chloride as per the customer’s requirement. Cypermethrin and Alphacypermethrin Technical are manufactured in this plant.

This unit is HERANBA’s newly constructed manufacturing facility to manufacture Liquid Bromine, Phenol, Ammonium chloride Powder, Poly Ammonium chloride and powder, Copper Hydroxide, Bromobenzene, Pure Benzene.

An ISO 9001: 2015 certified unit with a modern formulation and Packing facility capable of handling large capacities of liquid, Powders, and Granules formulations. It specializes in various formulations such as EC, SC, CS, FS, WP, ZC, WDG, Granules, and many more formulations to cater to the Indian market as well as for exports. This unit has recently commissioned a large scale production facility for WDG formulation.

HERANBA has recently acquired two additional plots at Saykha Industrial Estate, Gujarat of which one plot has already received Consent to Establish a Plant from the Gujarat Pollution Control Board for manufacturing of Agro Chemicals.
