With 28 years of extensive experience, including 17 dedicated years at Heranba, I serve as the Assistant Manager – Stores at our Vapi Plant. I provide critical leadership in store operations, overseeing the seamless management of Raw Materials, Packing Materials, and Engineering Stores. My core responsibilities encompass end-to-end inventory control, stock reconciliation, meticulous documentation, and ensuring timely material availability to support uninterrupted production and packing lines. Proficient in ERP systems and advanced analytical tools, I manage GRN processes, purchase indents, and detailed MIS reporting. I actively drive operational excellence through the implementation of 5S and Kaizen initiatives, uphold stringent ISO compliance, and ensure precise calibration and maintenance of all store equipment. My expertise also extends to export order execution, including RM/PM calculation and procurement coordination. As a reliable leader, I play a key role in audit readiness, process standardization, and fostering a culture of efficiency and accuracy within the stores function.
