In my role as an Assistant Manager-Hr & Administration at HERANBA INDUSTRIES LIMITED Sarigam,
I have taken on a variety of responsibilities that intersect both HR and administration. 16 years + experience in HIL group. I manage recruitment processes, including screening resumes, conducting interviews, and ensuring that new hires undergo thorough on boarding. Organization and communication skills are crucial here, and my experience allows me to approach these tasks methodically. Additionally, I am heavily involved in employee relations. This includes addressing concerns, mediating disputes, and maintaining workplace morale. I have always believed a positive work environment boosts productivity, so I strive to foster a supportive culture. From an administrative perspective, I oversee compliance with labour laws and organizational policies. This includes maintaining accurate records, implementing staff policies etc, and ensuring that our practices align with the legal standards set by government regulations. I also take part in strategic planning sessions to align workforce capacity with business goals, which requires deep engagement with upper management and a clear understanding of industry trends and performance metrics. This combination of HR and administrative management responsibilities forms the crux of my role and has enabled me to contribute meaningfully to the operational excellence of the company.
