Mr. Abdul Latif has been serving as the Company Secretary & Compliance Officer of our organization since 2019. He is a qualified Company Secretary from the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI), holds a degree in Law (LL.B), and has been awarded the Professional Advisor Certificate from NSE, India.

With over 22 years of extensive experience in legal and secretarial functions, Mr. Latif has held senior positions including Company Secretary & Compliance Officer, Manager–Legal, and Deputy General Manager–Legal. He has managed end-to-end legal and secretarial operations for both listed and unlisted companies, with proven expertise in SEBI & Listing Regulations, Companies Act compliance, and corporate governance frameworks.

His professional strengths include: Drafting, vetting, and negotiating complex business agreements across industries, Litigation management covering insolvency, cheque dishonor cases, recovery suits, winding-up petitions, IPR disputes, and tax-related matters, Land and property due diligence, regulatory affairs, and project compliance.

He has successfully overseen major corporate initiatives including IPO management, listing compliance, and regulatory approvals, consistently ensuring smooth business operations and statutory compliance. He successfully managed IPOs and ensured seamless listing compliance of the Company under SEBI regulations He led corporate takeovers with full adherence to regulatory and legal requirements
