Mr. Raghuram K. Shetty, associated with the Company since its inception in 1994, serves as the Managing Director, overseeing its comprehensive management and daily operations while architecting its long-term strategic vision. He is the driving force behind the Company’s Business Development, Operations, Financial Strategy, Marketing, International Trade, and Investor Relations. His over three-decade tenure in agrochemicals is complemented by a Bachelor’s degree in Economics (University of Mysore), a Government Commercial Diploma, and a Diploma in Export and Import Management. On the Board, he contributes as a member of the Risk Management Committee and the Stakeholders’ Relationship Committee.
