This role is responsible for developing and executing the master production schedule, aligning production planning with sales forecasts and market demand across herbicides, fungicides, and insecticides. A key orchestrator of cross-functional collaboration, they ensure seamless coordination with Quality, R&D, Procurement, and Sales teams to optimize material flow, uphold stringent regulatory and safety compliance, and support new product scale-up. Their leadership extends to inventory management, supplier performance, and delivering precise MIS reporting to senior management, all while fostering a culture of continuous improvement through training and operational discipline.
